Accommodating Visitors with Disabilities

Visit Wales recommend that all tourism operators prepare and make available an Access Statement to potential visitors. Please check when booking whether the Access Statement has been prepared. This statement will give you a clear indication of the level of access to the building and rooms plus whether there is information/facilities available for hearing/sight impediments.
